  1. In a small bowl, whisk the balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  3. If adding veggies or fruit, chop them into bite-sized pieces and thread them onto skewers alongside the marinated beef kabobs.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the kabobs from the marinade and discard any excess marinade.
  6. Grill the kabobs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired level of doneness, and the veggies or fruit are tender and slightly charred.
  7. Serve the kabobs hot, and enjoy!

Sweet And Spicy Lamb Stuffed Sweet Potatoes

There are a lot of delicious food pairings out there, and this one is no exception. Lamb brings such a unique flavour to any dish, and pairing it with the sweetness of of the sweet potato is absolute perfection. I love this recipe not only because it's full of flavour, but it checks every box of a well balanced meal!

Mom's Biscuits and Gravy Recipe

I was asked by my boys to share a recipe with you. The one I selected, Biscuits and Gravy, takes me back to the days when I had all seven of my boys under the same roof. Though those days are gone, and my boys are now grown men with families of their own, I’m reminded of those special days when I'd hear the words "is dinner ready yet?!?!" echo in the background more times than I can count.

Herb Buttered Beef Tenderloin with Holiday Rice

If you've had beef tenderloin before, you're fully aware that it is a delicious and tender cut of meat that is often the star of many family meals! It is the most tender cut of beef on the cow - the same cut of meat that Filet Mignon is made from. Needless to say, this is a premium piece of meat, and as long as it's cooked properly, will melt in your mouth and leave you wanting more!
